Welcome to DesigniTures Limited. The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of one or more of the following websites by you: & (any one being the "Site"). Our Sites and other related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms.


 By using this Site, you agree to the following Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Site. DesigniTures Limited ("DesignitTures", "we" or "us") reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on this section of the website and your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the prevailing Terms. Please take the time to read these Terms as it is important that you understand our contractual relationship relating to both your use of our website and the products and/or services we provide to you. You will be asked to check a box that states you have read and agreed to our Terms each time you place an order.
We reserve the right to only accept orders from those aged 18 and over.

Description of Product

All products available for purchase are described on their specific product page on our Sites. We always try to represent as accurately as possible every characteristic of the products through photographs and copy points provided by designers, suppliers or manufacturers. We use our reasonable efforts to provide you with accurate images and descriptions, but do not guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% representative. Product dimensions are approximated only.


All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£) plus VAT or any other applicable taxes. The prices do not include delivery costs in the UK & Ireland, nor any special or extra charges. Any such additional prices will be added upon checkout before making payment and appear on the order confirmation page. If we discover an error in the quoted price of products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

Before Placing Your Order

We will be delighted to answer any queries you may have at any point during your order process. When you decide to place an order through our Sites, please have the following information ready as it will help you to process your order:
• Can access be gained easily for the furniture to be delivered? In other words, are the doors wide enough, are there any awkward stairs, lifts, or long passageways?
• Will the furniture fit in the desired room?
• Which range are you interested in?
• Which products from the range do you want to order? Please note that if you are thinking of buying extra products such as a footstool or chair at a later date, there may be a slight colour shade variance. It is therefore best to order all the furniture you require at the same time.
• What colour would you like the furniture in?

Purchase of Products

Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us once we have sent you an email order confirmation. Any products on the same order which we have not been confirmed in an order confirmation email do not form part of that contract. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the products. All information requested during the order process, including contact numbers and email addresses, must be completed correctly. We will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information being provided by you.

Your chosen payment type, (debit card or credit card) will be charged when you submit your order at the final stage of the checkout whether you are paying in full or have chosen to pay a 50% deposit (applicable to orders over £500 only). When you place your order and opt for the deposit payment option, you agree for us to automatically take the remaining balance before delivery on the same card you paid the deposit with.* If we are unable to collect payment we shall not be obliged to make delivery to you and will not do so until payment is collected. We reserve the right to decline all or part of any payment for whatever reason and should this occur we will contact you with these details.

All payments are made using Sage Pay Secure Payment facility, which is fully PCI compliant and validated by First Data Limited Europe.

*We also accept payments of the remaining 50% balance by bank transfer, which must be paid prior to shipping.

Bank Transfers from EU countries must include an "Our cost" caption; the accredited amount must correspond to the total amount stated on the order confirmation.

We welcome payment by phone as a more personal way of shopping online. Place your order online, and one of our design team will contact you to confirm your order details and to arrange payment. To provide you with the very best service, we may monitor or record our calls for training purposes. Mobile charges may apply when calling the free phone number. Charges may apply if calling from outside the UK.

Replacement of Damaged Products

In the event you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please notify us as soon as possible after you have received your goods, as no claim for a replacement for damaged or missing goods can be made after 3 days; the manufacturer's standard warranty on faulty goods remains valid beyond this period. Any claims regarding damaged/defective products must be made initially by calling us on 0203 795 3904, and then followed up by a written claim via email to

You do not have any right to cancel a contract for the supply of any products made to your specifications or personalised at your request.

Delivery Information

Products can be delivered throughout the UK Mainland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland.

We aim to deliver your order between 1 - 10 weeks, depending on your order: wardrobes, sideboards, beds - 4 - 8 weeks. Chairs, stools, tables - 2 - 3 weeks., accessories - 1 - 2 weeks. If you need product delivered by or on a specific time and date, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at or by telephone 0203 795 3904, and we will endeavor to help you.

Delivery will take place at the ground floor entrance or communal entrance of the address provided. You are required to help the driver to off-load the products from the truck, and to provide additional manpower where necessary due to the size and weight of the products.

You will be contacted by our nominated carrier with regards to delivery. The date and time for delivery provided by the carrier shall be an estimate only, and while we will use reasonable endeavours to meet such date or time provided, any date or time so provided shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

If you would you like to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service on 0203 795 3904 and we will advise you whether the change(s) can be done and what would be the additional costs.

International Delivery

Delivery to The Floor

When we deliver your order, whether it's a table or a large TV unit you will always have at least 2 people on the job, who will remove the packaging from your furniture and take it away with them. The cost for this service is £100 per delivery.

Extra Delivery Charges

The delivery service can only deliver through a ground floor or basement entrance which is close to a road suitable for delivery access. You must tell us when placing your order about any special factors that may result in delivery being costlier and/or taking longer than it otherwise would have, such as parking restrictions, narrow bridges at small entrances. You should do this in the 'delivery instructions' field provided for this purpose at the checkout.

Extra charges for delivery may in any of the following circumstances: if you change the address where your products are to be delivered at short notice; if delivery is more costly and/or takes longer that it otherwise would have because of any special factors that you omitted to tell us about; if the products need to be redelivered because of access problems (e.g. small door frames, awkward turns, narrow passages, steps etc.) at the delivery address or because the goods would not fit into the room for which they were intended; if the products need to be redelivered because there was no-one at the delivery address aged 18 or over to sign for the goods at the time arranged for delivery.

Storage Charges

If your products remain at our warehouse for more than 2 weeks, during which time you fail to accept the delivery/redelivery times we have offered you, you will incur storage charges of £75 per week. We also reserve the right to cancel your order and retain up to 50% of your order value.

Return Policy & Procedures

We aim to provide with the best quality products at the affordable price, and truly wish you will be pleased with the product which you have ordered from our website. If for any reason you are not, please follow the following instructions for returning products.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to a 7 working day cooling off period. This means you have the right to cancel in writing at up to 7 working days after you have received your purchase for any reason whatsoever.

We will ask you to check that your delivered products have arrived in perfect condition, before signing the delivery form, so please open and check your order when you receive it. If you are not satisfied with the products upon delivery, please note this on the delivery form and contact us as soon as possible. All products and parts of it must be checked prior to assembly. If the delivered product does not match your order, or the product is damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us immediately. Please include your customer order details with the product(s) to be returned, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the products will be checked and our customer service will contact you to discuss a possible replacement or refund. Our customer service team will then contact you to organize, as appropriate, a collection and explain all the necessary procedures.

Please note that we cannot give refunds on self-assembled goods which have been damaged by you during assembly.
If you would like to exercise the right to reject the goods you must take care of the goods until they are returned to us. Please ensure that the goods are returned with all part and the original packaging.

Please also note that self-assembly goods are only possible to cancel prior to assembly. Once the goods have been assembled or partially assembled we will not be able to accept returns.

We cannot accept cancellation in situations where the goods have been damaged, personalized, modified, or otherwise used in such a way as would make it impossible for them to be returned to us. All products must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered to you. Products to be returned must clearly show our order number on the package.

The delivery cost to return products, will be excluded from the total amount due.

Made-to-Order/Customized products

Made-to-order/customized products are ordered to your specific requirements. When ordering made-to-order/customized products it is your responsibility to ensure that the order details are correct before placing the order, Once the order is placed, you have 48 hours to cancel the order, after that time the order cannot be refunded, changed or exchanged.

Changes to Terms

We are entitled to alter these Terms at any time. But this right shall not affect the existing Terms Conditions accepted by you upon placing your order

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including your name, address and credit card details. Information remains scrambled whenever it is transmitted over the web page.

Data Protection

We reserve the right to keep all your contact details on our ordering system for the process of fulfilling your order and informing you of any relevant information pertaining to your order and information to be able to fulfill your order (such as the delivery company). We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure all your information remains confidential.

Any offers or discounts we provide cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and are not redeemable as cash. We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time.

Miscellaneous Provisions

The Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

Our products are chosen on the basis that they will be used for domestic use. If you are planning to use them for business purposes, please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance. Should you decide to use the products in the course of a business, we exclude (to the fullest extent permitted by law) those warranties and conditions relating to fitness for a particular purpose.

Our maximum liability to business users arising out of or in connection with the products shall be limited to the replacement value of the product in question (except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or in respect of fraud). In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for loss of use of the product or any loss over and above the cost of the product in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition.

We shall under no circumstances be held liable for any special losses to specific circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profits, damage or property, or wasted expenditure. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms or any related order for products to any third party.

If any portion of these Terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these Terms shall not be affected.
