Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us once we have sent you an email order confirmation. Any products on the same order which we have not been confirmed in an order confirmation email do not form part of that contract. When we deliver your order, whether it's a table or a large TV unit you will always have at least 2 people on the job, who will remove the packaging from your furniture and take it away with them. The cost for this service is £100 per delivery.
The delivery service can only deliver through a ground floor or basement entrance which is close to a road suitable for delivery access. You must tell us when placing your order about any special factors that may result in delivery being costlier and/or taking longer than it otherwise would have, such as parking restrictions, narrow bridges at small entrances. You should do this in the 'delivery instructions' field provided for this purpose at the checkout.
Extra charges for delivery may in any of the following circumstances: if you change the address where your products are to be delivered at short notice; if delivery is more costly and/or takes longer
If your products remain at our warehouse for more than 2 weeks, during which time you fail to accept the delivery/redelivery times we have offered you, you will incur storage charges of £75 per week. We also reserve the right to cancel your order and retain up to 50% of your order value.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to a 7 working day cooling off period. Once received, the products will be checked and our customer service will contact you to discuss a possible replacement or refund. Our customer service team will then contact you to organize, as appropriate, a collection and explain all the necessary procedures.
Please note that we cannot give refunds on self-assembled goods which have been damaged by you during assembly.
If you would like to exercise the right to reject the goods you must take care of the goods until they are returned to us. Please ensure that the goods are returned with all part and the original packaging.
Please also note that self-assembly goods are only possible to cancel prior to assembly. Once the goods have been assembled or partially assembled we will not be able to accept returns.
We cannot accept cancellation in situations where the goods have been damaged, personalized, modified, or otherwise used in such a way as would make it impossible for them to be returned to us. All products must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered to you. Products to be returned must clearly show our order number on the package.

Made-to-order/customized products are ordered to your specific requirements. When ordering made-to-order/customized products it is your responsibility to ensure that the order details are correct before placing the order, Once the order is placed, you have 48 hours to cancel the order, after that time the order cannot be refunded, changed or exchanged.

In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for loss of use of the product or any loss over and above the cost of the product in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition.
We shall under no circumstances be held liable for any special losses to specific circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profits, damage or property, or wasted expenditure. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms or any related order for products to any third party.
If any portion of these Terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these Terms shall not be affected.
