We will ask you to check that your delivered products have arrived in perfect condition, before signing the delivery form, so please open and check your order when you receive it. If you are not satisfied with the goods upon delivery, please note this on the delivery form and contact us as soon as possible. All items and parts of it must be checked prior to assembly. If the delivered item does not match yours order, is damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact to discuss a refund, repair or replacement. Please include your customer order details with the item(s) to be returned, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the items will be checked and our customer service will contact you to discuss a possible replacement or refund.
Our Customer Service team will then contact you to organise, as appropriate, a collection and explain all the necessary procedures. However, you will be charged for the collection £150 for any item.
Please note that we cannot give refunds on self-assembled goods which have been damaged by you during assembly. If you would like to exercise the right to reject the goods you must take care of the goods until they are returned to us. Please ensure that the goods are returned with all part and the original packaging. Self-assembly goods are only possible to cancel prior to assembly. Once the goods have been assembled or partially assembled we will not be able to accept returns.
DesigniTures Limited cannot accept cancellation in situations where the goods have been damaged, personalized, modified , or otherwise used in such a way as would make it impossible for them to be returned to us, they have to be in condition in which they were delivered to you.
Goods to be returned must clearly show our order number on the package.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return a purchased item to us within 7 days after receiving delivery, with accompanying email.
We will issue a refund within 2 weeks of receiving an item or exchange it for a different colour or size, if the following conditions met:
The item has to be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition.
The item must be returned in full, original packaging.
Applicable care has to be taken while item is in your possession or in transit.
We deliver goods for free, however, if you would like to cancel you purchase within 7 days, you will be charge certain fees: £150 for Items in London, £200 for any items in the rest of the UK Mainland and Europe.
Note: Return policy which mentioned above, does not apply to made-to-order items, as made-to-order items are made especially tailored for you.
Made-to-order/customised items. Our made-to-order/customised items can not be returned as it will be produced specially tailored to your needs. However, you have 48 hours cancellation time, before item goes into production team.
Please note that all DesigniTures Limited products are tailor made to your personalised order and as such are not returnable once they have been delivered. For this reason it is imperative that you understand this before you complete the transaction. We will repair any faults on our delivered products to your satisfaction and make good on any deficiencies with the products ordered.
If items are large or fragile DesigniTures Limited we reserve the right to nominate a specialist furniture handler for return transit and pass the cost of this service onto the customer. This transportation charge will be charged each time the customer accepts a returns collection date but then subsequently fails to meet it.
The value of all accurately returned, unwanted products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card minus any relevant collection charges. The same procedure and guidelines should be followed if you would like to exchange your order but, again, collection and re-delivery charges will apply if required and any necessary revised payments processed.
DesigniTures Limited, advises to check your goods as soon as they delivered. If the item you received is incorrect or it has been damaged in delivery. Please contact us in 3 days by email with photos of damaged item attached.
Larger furniture pieces are delivered by specialist-handling courier, at this time if there is any transport damage or any other flaws, it has to be noted in courier's delivery sheet.However, if you have received incorrect item, simply contact us by email@example.com and we will be back with solution in 24 hours.
